Barcino was set up in Barcelona in 2002 following the success achieved by Servicios Personalizados para Congresos y Eventos (set up in 1994) to expand the services offered by this company to include our own and offer our clients more comprehensive coverage of the various needs associated with preparing for an event.

A team of professionals with over 20 years of experience in the sector and more than 1,000 satisfied clients guarantee the quality of our work.

Our philosophy

Our philosophy is based on personalised services to our client and a comprehensive study and analysis of requirements for the event that considers client requests and preferences while also offering our extensive experience and professional services to ensure their event is a success. Basically, this could be summarised as “taking good care” of the client, while remaining realistic and meeting the targets for the project to which we have committed. This is not simply a profession or business relationship; we enjoy what we do.

We want you to feel fully supported: during any preparation of the project in the months before the event is held, during the event itself with the most attentive response to any possible incidents or last-minute requests, and during the post-event clearance process.

Our facilities

Our facilities are located in Barcelona, only a few minutes from the city centre and the main venues used to hold these events. This enables us to offer a rapid response to any possible incident or last-minute request.

Our staff speak English, French and Spanish but we can also work with companies from other countries wishing to organise events in Barcelona.
