The services we offer cover every aspect of planning, design and production, as well as set-up and post-event collection from any trade fair, conference or exhibition, and range from performing an analysis of the space in question (planning the installation of the various components) to assembling designer and modular stands, designing the stands, assembling display panels, modular enclosures, furniture and accessories, platforms, audiovisual equipment, signs, industrial and a-frame marquees, catering, etc.

Workshops that enable us to adapt to your needs

Our carpentry workshop and graphic design studio mean we are capable of offering everything you need; from designing your stand and graphic material to producing the material and any subsequent set-up/collection. 

Administrative procedures

We also manage all the administrative procedures associated with such events (fees, electricity supply requests, rigging, cleaning, etc.) at trade fair centres, hotels, conference centres, auditoriums, etc.  

Transport, logistics, set-up and post-event collection

We handle the transport, set-up and post-event collection of all equipment, while always meeting the deadlines agreed with our client. 

Our clients can also make use of our Logistics and Storage services to keep their equipment on our premises. It is sometimes not possible to access the venue where an event is to be held sufficiently in advance because it is being used for something else or it is not ready. In these situations, the Logistics and Storage services offered by Barcino could prove highly useful. We will handle receipt of any goods and their subsequent storage on our premises. We will then transport them on the agreed day to the event venue, delivering them to each exhibitor in question. At the end of the event, we collect any goods for transport back to our premises in order to then send them back to where they came from.
